Returns + Exchanges
We happily accept returns on items in their original condition within 30 days of your order. Costs of shipping the return are at the expense of the customer. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started before shipping the item back.
Once your items are received and checked, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If for some reason an item is faulty and not damaged from normal wear and tear, we will gladly replace or repair it at our cost. Please send an email to email@example.com immediately upon receiving the faulty item so we can start the replacement/return process.
